Role Purpose:
The Program Director is responsible for leading the strategic design, execution, and governance of the Modernization Programme, a company-wide transformation initiative designed to reshape how Getronics operates, delivers, and grows. This role drives large-scale change across business units - ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, measurable impact, and sustainable change adoption. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, the Program Director translates vision into actionable programs that modernize operations, strengthen capabilities, and enable profitable growth.
The Modernization Programme is designed to enhance global collaboration, streamline operations, and accelerate commercial growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where the Program Director will work closely with senior leaders across regions and functions to deliver strategic change that enhances global collaboration and accelerates commercial success. The Program Director will be at the heart of shaping a more inclusive, innovative, and future-ready workplace.

Strategic Ownership
- Define, communicate and evolve the Modernization programme vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company strategy.
- Inspire teams with a clear and compelling transformation narrative.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead planning and execution of initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes across workstreams that support long-term growth.
Governance & Control
- Establish decision-making frameworks and transparent performance tracking.
- Share progress through dashboards, reviews, and open communication.
Change Leadership
- Promote new ways of working, enhanced collaboration, and technology-enabled processes.
- Partner with HR and Communications to foster cultural alignment and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, regional leaders, and functional teams.
- Facilitate shared ownership and collaborative problem solving.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Anticipate and address risks and interdependencies with agility.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
What we expect from you:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to translate vision into actionable programs and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
- Transformation & Change Expertise: Deep experience leading large-scale transformation, ideally across multiple geographies and functions.
- Program & Portfolio Management: Strong command of methodologies (Agile / hybrid / waterfall) with experience managing complex multi-track programs.
- Operational Acumen: Understanding of organizational design, shared services, and best-shoring models, including experience implementing AI and automation in operations.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to connect operational changes to business performance (revenue, margin, cost base, and customer experience).
- Analytical Rigor: Comfortable using data and KPIs to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Influence & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to communicate clearly, inspire trust, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in international environments, building bridges across regions, and fostering a “one company” mindset.
- Experience leading transformation or modernization programs in global or multi-regional organizations (preferably in IT services, technology, or consulting).
- Strong background in program governance, PMO leadership, and strategic delivery.
- Track record of driving measurable cost optimization and growth enablement initiatives.
