THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is recruiting on behalf of a professional services company seeking a Marketing Business Partner to join their team.

You will serve as the primary contact, working closely with senior stakeholders and coordinating with specialists across marketing, business development, and other teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in Project Management, Marketing Account Management, Business Partnership, Account Management, Business Development, Partner Marketing, or similar fields.

• Proven success in building and managing relationships within a professional setting.
• Strong account management and project leadership skills.
• Understanding of how a marketing team operates.
• Experience in line management.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
• Confident and assertive demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience within a Marketing Agency or Professional Services sector.
• Willingness to travel to various UK offices.

THE ROLE:

• Act as the main contact for marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities and support strategic growth.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assist in budget development, monitor marketing spend, and prioritize investments to maximize ROI.
• Develop dashboards and provide regular updates to inform stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Track project performance and marketing activities, providing insights and updates to guide future planning.
