A successful business operating in the Cyber Security space is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join their team. This role offers fantastic opportunities for progression and involves broad, multichannel marketing across all platforms and channels.
THE ROLE:
- Take ownership of the execution and optimisation of a multi-channel, global marketing strategy, with a strong focus on demand generation.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns, from planning through to analysis and optimisation.
- Drive demand generation activity to support pipeline growth across key international markets.
- Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, email, paid media and web.
- Oversee PR, advertising, media partnerships, and event marketing to elevate brand presence globally.
- Support and execute media planning strategies, including campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers across SEO, PPC, content and creative delivery.
- Own agency relationships, briefing, and performance management.
- Support events, webinars, and targeted outreach campaigns to engage key audiences.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and performance tracking.
- Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
THE PERSON:
- Experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience within the Cyber Security space (essential).
- A strong track record in demand generation and campaign delivery.
- Experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing strategies on a global scale.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Confidence working with data, analytics and performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
- Experience managing or working with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing, agile business.
