We're working with a long-established and highly respected business that has been a leader in its field for nearly 30 years. With its own design and manufacturing capability and a strong global distribution network, the company has ambitious growth plans and is now looking for a Head of Sales to drive its next stage of expansion. This role would suit an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or existing Head of Sales who is ready to step into a senior leadership role with real influence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will initially split your time between hands-on business development and sales leadership. This structure is designed to help you gain a deep understanding of the sales process, products, systems, and customer base before transitioning fully into a strategic Head of Sales position.

The Role:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, dealerships, and distribution channels.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase market share and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Setting targets, reviewing performance, and driving accountability.
