A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing, ambitious business where you'll gain exposure across business development, marketing, bid management and commercial operations.

This isn't a role where you'll be pigeonholed into one discipline.

You'll work directly alongside senior leadership, playing a key role in winning new business, supporting major client relationships and driving the company's marketing activity.

The Role

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities through procurement and tender portals.
  • Supporting the preparation of bids, tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive bid library and ensuring company documentation remains compliant and up to date.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and email communications to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Managing social media activity across Linked In, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Producing marketing content, updating company literature and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
  • Maintaining CRM records and assisting with business development activity.
  • Researching markets, competitors and potential customers.
  • Supporting exhibitions, networking events and wider commercial projects.
  • Working with AI tools and helping introduce new efficiencies across the business.

About You

  • This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone working in a Sales Administrator, Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant, Business Support Administrator, Business Development Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Assistant or similar role.
  • Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related subject is desirable.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercially curious and keen to learn.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Any experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management, email marketing platforms or AI tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
