Are you an experienced Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer or Import & Export Coordinator looking to join a rapidly growing international business?

We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious organisation that has experienced exceptional growth over the last 12 months and is continuing to expand its logistics team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in managing international shipments across road, sea and air freight.

  • The Logistics Coordinator / Import & Export Coordinator Role
  • Coordinating international shipments across road, sea and air freight
  • Managing customs clearance documentation and import/export processes
  • Negotiating with freight forwarders, hauliers and transport providers
  • Liaising with suppliers, warehouses and customers to ensure smooth delivery schedules
  • Planning and monitoring shipments from order through to delivery
  • Maintaining accurate information across the ERP system and Excel
  • Resolving delivery issues and proactively identifying solutions
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet customer deadlines and operational priorities
  • Supporting continuous improvements across logistics and supply chain processes

About You

  • We're looking for someone who has already worked within logistics or supply chain and can quickly make an impact without requiring extensive training
  • You'll ideally have experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer, Import & Export Coordinator, Freight Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Planner or Transport Coordinator
  • Experience coordinating international freight across road, sea and/or air
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation
  • Experience negotiating with transport companies and freight providers
  • Good understanding of international supply chain operations
  • Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience would be advantageous)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving ability
  • The confidence to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
