The Opportunity

We're recruiting for an exciting Medical Sales Territory Manager opportunity with an established and growing medical device business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional to take ownership of an established territory covering Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest England.

You’ll be responsible for developing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region.

Working closely with healthcare professionals, you’ll build long-term relationships, understand customer requirements and provide solutions that deliver genuine clinical and commercial value.

Previous medical device sales experience would be advantageous, although we’re equally interested in strong sales professionals who can demonstrate the drive, commercial awareness and relationship-building ability to succeed within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an established sales territory across Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop your knowledge of the company's product portfolio and relevant clinical applications.
  • Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Work autonomously across your territory while collaborating with the wider UK sales team.

About You -

  • Commercially driven with a strong track record in sales.
  • An excellent communicator with natural relationship-building skills.
  • Confident developing both existing accounts and new business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target focused.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing a large geographical territory.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of their region.
  • Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers.
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Medical device or healthcare sales experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential, with comprehensive product training available for the right individual.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

  • What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Established territory with significant opportunity for further growth.
  • Comprehensive product and industry training.
  • Ongoing professional development.
  • Supportive and collaborative sales environment.
  • Opportunity to join a well-established business operating within the medical device sector.

This would suit an ambitious Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, Medical Sales Representative, Account Manager or Business Development Manager looking to develop their career within the medical device industry.

We are an equal opportunities employer and we never charge candidates a fee for our services.
