We're looking for a part-time Ecommerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Temu). This is a hands-on role suited to someone detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn the operational side of running an online marketplace.
What you'll do:
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings across our sales channels
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-inventory or out-of-stock items
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Respond to customer queries and support tickets in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with basic content tasks – product descriptions, image uploads, and listing formatting
- Support with order-related admin, returns processing, and platform reporting
- Flag issues or inefficiencies in store operations to the team
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and learning new software/platforms quickly
- Strong attention to detail – small errors in listings or orders cost real money
- Good written English for customer communication
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required – we'll train the right person
