What you'll be doing:
- Define and drive the company's long-term strategic roadmap
- Identify new market opportunities, business models, and growth levers
- Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning
- Partner with the executive team to make key strategic decisions
- Own strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- Build business cases for new products, partnerships, and market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and board
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to align on priorities
You'll fit right in if you have:
- Consulting experience (MBB, Big Four, or boutique firms)
- 7+ years in strategy, corporate development, or high-impact strategic roles
- Experience in tech or high-growth startup environments is a major plus
- Strong business intuition with the ability to move from analysis to action quickly
