Our client is a global enterprise software company with its EMEA headquarters in London, providing workflow automation and intelligent process management solutions to large enterprises across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. With revenues exceeding $2bn globally and a growing EMEA business approaching £400m, they are investing in a dedicated enterprise strategy function to sharpen market positioning, inform product priorities, and support the regional leadership team on the most consequential strategic decisions.
The Role
As Enterprise Strategy Lead, you will own the strategic agenda for the EMEA region, developing market strategy, supporting product positioning, and advising the regional MD on competitive dynamics and growth priorities. You will work at the intersection of strategy, product, and commercial, and will have direct access to the global strategy team and executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain the regional enterprise strategy, including market segmentation, customer prioritisation, and competitive positioning.
- Lead strategic projects spanning market entry, product portfolio decisions, and customer economics analysis.
- Partner with the regional sales and product teams to ensure strategic insights are embedded in go-to-market planning.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and industry trends and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations for the regional MD.
- Represent the EMEA strategy perspective in discussions with the global strategy and product teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise product strategy, or a corporate strategy role within a global software or technology business.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software go-to-market dynamics, including sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and product-led growth models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across quantitative and qualitative strategic questions.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging at the C-suite level internally and externally.
- Experience in EMEA or multi-region strategy roles is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £100,000 – £130,000, depending on experience. Annual performance bonus and participation in the global equity programme. Pension, private health cover, and 27 days holiday. Hybrid working from the London office with some international travel.
