It includes software-as-a-service capabilities across the entire payments value chain, such as account-to-account processing, FX, SWIFT connectivity, fraud management and card processing infrastructure. It enables financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) and payment service providers (PSPs) to operate, scale and evolve their payment capabilities across multiple rails, markets and regulatory environments, without the need to rebuild their core systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and modern engineering practices.
• Build and evolve microservices and integrations that support business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to application performance, observability, and resilience initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Develop automated tests and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Work with cloud-native technologies, messaging platforms, and modern development tools.
• Support the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and engineering standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend development experience and a passion for building scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in modern cloud-native environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle — from design and implementation to monitoring and continuous improvement.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing Java applications in production environments (Required)
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures (Required)
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs (Required)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Required)
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members (Required)
• Experience with incident management and performance optimization (Required)
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows (Preferred)
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
• Professional certifications in Java, Cloud Technologies, or Scrum (Preferred)
