What you’ll do at work:
- Carry out general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing and filing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails and telephone enquiries.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Monitor office supplies, keep stock records up to date and place orders when required.
- Support the preparation of documents, reports and presentations.
- Input data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Update records and maintain confidential information securely.
- Greet visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Support meeting arrangements, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling appointments.
- Work closely with colleagues to support daily administrative tasks.

Training:
You will complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. You will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced colleagues.
