What you’ll do at work:

  • Carry out general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing and filing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Monitor office supplies, keep stock records up to date and place orders when required.
  • Support the preparation of documents, reports and presentations.
  • Input data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Update records and maintain confidential information securely.
  • Greet visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
  • Support meeting arrangements, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
  • Assist with diary management and scheduling appointments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support daily administrative tasks.
  • Follow company policies, procedures and data protection guidelines.

Training:

You will complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. You will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced colleagues.

Entry requirements:

  • GCSEs: English – Grade 4 or above
  • Maths – Grade 4 or above
