Responsibilities
- Implementing dealership standards and procedures to ensure consistently high service quality.
- Completing all service and sales duties efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace, reporting any safety concerns promptly.
- Continuously developing skills in sales, service, and customer interaction.
- Participating in training courses as directed by management.
- Engaging fully in activities designed to complement apprenticeship training.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as requested by management.
- Adhering to the company's GDPR Policy when handling data.
- Attending all mandatory training sessions as specified by the company.
- Toward the end of the apprenticeship, presenting a high-level project aimed at improving and addressing business needs.
Training
This apprenticeship is administered by Robert Bosch Ltd. Upon successful completion, you will attain a Level 3 qualification as a Customer Service Specialist. The program spans a duration of 15-18 months. Training will be conducted remotely through webinars and supplemented by occasional in-person visits to your workplace.
Qualifications
GCSE grades 9-4/A*-C or Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English or equivalent. If you do not have the required grades your application will not be considered.
