What You’ll Earn

Training & Qualification

  • Business Administrator Apprenticeship – Level 3
  • Mostly workplace-based learning with college support
  • You’ll complete a work-based project as part of your qualification
  • Support provided to help you complete college work to a high standard

Working Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
  • 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do Day to Day

  • You’ll learn on the job while supporting the business, including:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
  • Keeping records, files, and databases up to date
  • Helping with customer enquiries and internal communication
  • Supporting day-to-day office tasks
  • Developing key business, IT, and organisational skills
  • Planning and running a project as part of your apprenticeship

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • English – GCSEs (or equivalent) in Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)
  • Maths – GCSEs (or equivalent) in Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)
  • If you have other relevant qualifications or experience, let us know — the apprenticeship can be adapted to suit your skills.
