Main duties include providing high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients. Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate paper and computer-based records, producing correspondence, documents and presentations to specification using a variety of media, and maintaining established paper and computer-based filing systems. Work must be conducted in accordance with established processes.

Training: Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration Level 3 with Learning Skills Partnership.

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9 (or equivalent)
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable. Please note, that we do not provide sponsorship.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
