Justine has competed at the top of national showing including HOYS. She owns a successful riding school based on the Herts/Essex border. The chosen candidate will become part of their friendly team, assisting with day to day yard duties, riding lessons and the daily care of the ponies.
Responsibilities:
- Mucking out, turning out and bringing in; general care of the horses and helping with lessons to ensure yard runs efficiently.
- Assisting with day to day yard duties and the daily care of the ponies.
Training:
Full training through the Equine Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training. Maths and English functional skills to be completed as well if required.
Qualifications:
Willing to work towards L2 Functional Skills in English & Maths if you don’t have a GCSE grade 4/C.
Skills:
Some previous experience with horses would be beneficial to being successful in this application.
