Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound company calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries, and orders via phone and email.
- Support order processing, including orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Book shipments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Assist with stock level reporting, including stock checks, ordering, and reconciliation.
