Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with property viewings and applicant registrations
- Supporting the team with sales and lettings administration
- Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries
- Updating internal systems and property listings
- Liaising with landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers
- Supporting marketing activity, including property details and adverts
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
- Assisting with compliance-related tasks such as ID, document checks, Anti Money Laundering
- Providing general office support as required
Hours of Work
5 days per week, Monday - Friday (including one day at college during term time)

Training
You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) working towards either the Level 2 or Level 3 Administration apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
- Full UK driving licence and own car, would be a bonus
- GCSE English and Maths
- One year completion at college/sixth form

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, committed to completing the apprenticeship
