Training & Qualification
- Business Administrator Apprenticeship – Level 3
- Mostly workplace-based learning with college support
- You’ll complete a work-based project as part of your qualification
- Support provided to help you complete college work to a high standard
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
- 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- You’ll learn on the job while supporting the business, including:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
- Keeping records, files, and databases up to date
- Helping with customer enquiries and internal communication
- Supporting day-to-day office tasks
- Developing key business, IT, and organisational skills
- Planning and running a project as part of your apprenticeship
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- English – GCSEs (or equivalent) in Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)
- Maths – GCSEs (or equivalent) in Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)
