Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure guests feel valued and satisfied during their visit.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Handle payments and operate POS systems..
Work closely with other departments and team members
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding hygiene, food handling, and customer care.
Training
Level 2 Hospitality Team member qualification. Once a fortnight College attendance. Once a fortnight weekly teams call. Skills officer visits to workplace 6-8 weeks.
