Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring project costs and billing, working closely with the operations team to help ensure projects are delivered within budget and to a high standard.
- Support the Commercial department in preparing accurate and competitive pricing proposals.
- Assist in the development and submission of tender bids.
- Compile and maintain rate sheets across various service lines.
- Liaise with clients to ensure proposals are clear, detailed, and aligned with requirements.
- Monitor project costs and assist with tracking budgets and billing on live projects.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial efficiency and project performance.
Training
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a nationally recognised Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Level 4 standard via our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership. Your Apprenticeship typically takes 21 months to complete and is fully supported through a combination of regular online lessons, e-learning materials, and access to their team of experts for 1-2-1 advice and support.
Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- A Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC, T Level, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
