Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect outstanding private fees from clients in a professional and timely manner, following up on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Collect fees directly requested by members, liaising with them to ensure they have received accurate and up-to-date fee notes.
  • Manage the daily fees inbox, prioritising and actioning incoming fee queries and collection requests, ensuring all client communications are addressed promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the escalation process for unresolved client queries, following established procedures and keeping all relevant parties informed.
  • Provide support to the Fees Team with any ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating a willingness to help and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Provide support to the Finance Team in relation to the allocation of cash and chasing up outstanding remittances.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team monthly targets for fee collection, analysing data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the system, ensuring all client and member financial data is properly recorded and easily accessible.
  • Generate and provide clients with statements of accounts and copies of fee notes, ensuring they have accurate and up-to-date records of their transactions.
