Inputting and updating Excel spreadsheets for client data, including:

Training
Foundation level covers the basic principles of accountancy and is suitable if you have no prior study in accountancy. You will learn about double-entry bookkeeping, costing, preparing financial statements, and using accountancy software. This level is ideal if you are new to accountancy and finance, have worked in an accounts department, or are considering a career change into accountancy.
Assessment involves five computer-based exams covering:
- Bookkeeping transactions
- Bookkeeping controls
- Elements of costing
- Using accounting software
- Foundation Synoptic Assessment
Training will be delivered via classroom or remote sessions. The apprenticeship must be relevant to your current role, with 20% of your time dedicated to it.
