We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Executive to support the development and delivery of our content marketing and social media strategy. You will play a key part in bringing the brand to life, focusing on creating engaging, high-quality content to drive brand awareness, consideration, and audience engagement across our social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop engaging content initiatives that grow audience reach and engagement.
- Plan and manage an annual content calendar aligned to consumer insight, key events, and business priorities.
- Create and optimise content themes ('content pillars') based on performance data and audience insights.
- Produce and publish engaging written, visual, and video content in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage day‐to‐day activity across social media channels, including posting, moderation, and responding to customers.
- Monitor performance, competitor activity, and audience sentiment, providing actionable insights.
- Work cross‐functionally with marketing, media and insight teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effectively delivered.
- Support paid social activity in partnership with media teams to drive growth and engagement.
- Build relationships with agencies, influencers and partners to extend reach.
- Capture photography and video content across key locations and experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising and data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Ideally working towards or holding a recognised marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or IDM).
- Experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within a B2C environment.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Meta, YouTube and X.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice.
- Experience using data and insights to optimise content and campaigns.
- Photography and videography skills to support content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware with a results‐driven mindset.
- Excellent relationship‐building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, as the role may require occasional travel to capture content and attend key locations.
- Fluent in English; French is desirable but not essential.
