Collect correct tolls payable from passengers. Verify and check prepaid tickets. Process account holders’ cards, tickets, and credit/debit payments. Apply the company’s conditions of carriage appropriately. Follow Health & Safety procedures and report any incidents promptly. Support environmental procedures, including waste‑disposal standards. Ensure vehicles are loaded onto shuttles safely and in accordance with loading instructions. Contribute to fully loaded and on‑time departures.
Qualifications and Experience
- GCSE‑level education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing environment.
- Cash‑handling experience.
- Ability to speak a second modern European language (desirable).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Strong adherence to procedures.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
