We are looking for a Customs Specialist to join our Key Accounts team. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to our Key Accounts customers, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all import and export processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on all customs activities including the correct documentation and procedures relevant to their needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Import & Export Customs Declarations and Border Processes.
- Day-to-Day Management of Key Accounts.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, including handling day-to-day issues and problem solving.
- Liaise with relevant government departments.
- Use relevant software for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Monitoring Road Freight Imports, Exports, Transits & ENS errors.
Key Experience & Skills
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs compliance.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
