GETHR is seeking a Head of Growth Operator to take ownership of performance marketing for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. This role demands hands-on execution across various marketing channels, team leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, solid knowledge of Shopify and Meta Ads Manager, and exceptional analytical skills.
