You will operate across Strategic projects, Finance, Compliance, People, Operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution rigour and decision clarity. You will act as a strategic thought partner and execution lead, translating priorities into action and driving projects through to completion. This role requires sound operational sharpness, financial literacy, and the maturity to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

Execution and Priority Management
  • Take ownership of urgent, cross-functional problems to reduce direct COO involvement
  • Lead and deliver high-impact projects across Operations, Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Concierge, People and Operations
  • Drive improvements in efficiency and governance, reporting cadence and operating rhythm as we scale
Financial and Commercial Insight
  • Partner closely with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, cost control and performance tracking
  • Conduct market mapping and commercial analysis to support expansion or partnership decisions
  • Handle sensitive organisational and performance matters with discretion

3+ years in management or financial consultancy, ideally with exposure to finance or operational transformation. Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience. High financial literacy with ability to read and interpret financial statements confidently. Clear communicator with executive presence.
