We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across engineering, product, design and growth as well as some corporate roles. We are backed by QED, one of the world's most prestigious VC funds with an experienced and established leadership team who place significant importance on culture, coupled with a relentless pursuit to hire, engage and retain world-class talent.

Strategic in Your Thinking

You don't just react to hiring needs; you partner with leadership to understand business goals, identify future talent requirements, and build strategies that position us ahead of our growth curve.

• Experience with Ashby our ATS platform
• Experience building employer branding initiatives
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
• Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
• Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
