We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale GetGround's customer acquisition strategy and paid acquisition engine. You'll be accountable for driving efficient growth through platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and unlock scale. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve conversion, strengthen measurement, develop experimentation programmes, and influence how we invest in growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep hands-on performance marketing expertise with strong commercial thinking and a desire to influence company-wide growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll have significant ownership, budget responsibility, and visibility across the business.

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own one of the company's most important growth levers while helping shape how we acquire, convert, and retain customers at scale. You'll work across the full acquisition funnel, from first impression through to conversion, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. You'll be empowered to test new channels, challenge assumptions, influence investment decisions, and drive measurable commercial impact.
