Overview
Please note, this role can be based in London OR Manchester. We are hybrid, with 4 days in the office.
We are hiring a Marketing Designer to strengthen how we design, package, and present our brand across sales, partnerships, and marketing. This is a hands-on design role for someone with a strong eye for quality and a genuine interest in the craft. You will execute a large volume of work yourself, while also helping define new standards, templates, and ways of working. There is significant scope to take ownership, grow the role, and help redefine how our brand shows up across product, sales, and marketing.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- You will deliver high-quality brand and commercial design work across a range of channels, including:
- Sales and partnership materials (brochures, floorplans, decks, one-pagers)
- Templates and creatives for digital marketing ads across paid and owned channels
- Event materials for sales, partner, and brand-led events
- Visual assets supporting campaigns, launches, and promotions
You Will Work Closely With
- Our Head of Design to align standards across product, sales, and marketing, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
- The Growth Marketing team to support campaigns and performance-led initiatives
- Sales and Partnerships teams to understand real-world use cases for design work
- External freelancers or agencies where needed
You will partner with stakeholders on creative briefs, manage projects from brief to delivery, and balance multiple requests in a fast-moving environment. From time to time, you may support light copywriting or messaging work, particularly where design and layout are closely linked. You will help maintain and evolve design guidelines, systems, and best practices, and confidently explain and justify your design decisions when needed.
What Success Looks Like
- Design quality improves consistently across sales, partnerships, marketing, and product touch points.
- Teams use the templates and assets you create rather than reinventing work.
- Campaign and ad creative is clearer, more consistent, and easier to launch.
- Stakeholders trust your judgement on design standards.
- The brand feels more coherent across the business without slowing execution.
- Success is measured on quality, consistency, and usefulness, not output volume alone.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years proven hands-on design experience, ideally in an in-house team or agency environment.
- A portfolio showing brand-led, multi-channel design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva.
- Experience with Figma, Figma Buzz, video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and pride in craft.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in property, fintech, or technology is a plus, but not required.
