We’re looking for an HR Graduate who’s adaptable, eager to grow, and fired up by the chance to take on real People challenges from day one. You’ll work closely with our VP of People & Talent and partner across the business to help shape the future of how our teams work, grow, and thrive. This role is a hands-on, high-impact early-career opportunity where you’ll help build high-performing, resilient teams and contribute to a strong, vibrant culture, all while learning at speed.

You’ll support a full spectrum of People initiatives and take on meaningful operational responsibilities that keep our People team running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- People Operations & Admin: maintaining systems, preparing documents, coordinating People processes, supporting onboarding/offboarding, organising people data and records.
- People Partnering & Support: Spend time with GetGrounders to understand their challenges and support them with thoughtful, people-centred solutions. Contribute to organisational design discussions and projects. Help managers build strong team cultures, clarity, and healthy ways of working.
- Culture, Performance & Development: Support performance cycles, feedback processes, and learning initiatives. Use your emotional intelligence to help teams navigate tricky moments or complex situations. Bring ideas that boost engagement, resilience, and a growth mindset across the organisation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data to spot trends, identify issues early, and help craft simple, effective people solutions. Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and people analytics to guide decision-making.
- AI & Future-of-Work Exploration: Stay curious about how AI is shaping the future of work. Help us explore and introduce AI tools that make People operations sharper and more impactful. Bring care, accuracy, and a “no job too small” mindset; it really matters.
What You Bring:
- Mindset & Behaviour: Deep curiosity about people, psychology, organisations, and the future of work. High emotional intelligence and strong instincts. Calmness under pressure and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity. A growth mindset - open, reflective, and hungry to learn. Scrappy, proactive attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves. Resilience and strong intrinsic motivation.
- Capabilities: Degree or Masters in HR or related field (Essential). Strong problem-solving skills. Clear, thoughtful communication. Comfortable with data and excited to learn new tools. Great attention to detail while still able to think in systems. Some experience in HR, People Ops, operations, or similar (internships count!). Bonus: experience working with or supporting international teams.
