GetGround seeks a Legal and Compliance Director to own and scale the legal, regulatory and compliance function as the business expands across markets. Reporting to the COO, you will shape the function, set strategy, and lead a team to ensure regulatory compliance across FCA-regulated products. You will champion AI and legal tech, build scalable playbooks, and advise the CEO on legal risk while partnering across Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations and Marketing.
