We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to support how we design, deliver, and optimise marketing across the business. This is a hands‑on marketing generalist role suited to someone who enjoys working across all areas of the marketing journey. You’ll help bring marketing initiatives to life — designing assets, launching campaigns through HubSpot, supporting in‑person events, and analysing performance to improve how we engage customers. While design and creative execution will be an important part of the role, you’ll also work across campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, and data analysis to help the team run more effective marketing.
The role spans multiple brand contexts — GetGround, BuyAssociation, and individual property developments — requiring the ability to adapt messaging, design, and tone‑of‑voice across different audiences and products, while maintaining consistency and quality. You’ll work closely with teams across Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Design and Product to support marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Design teams to deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns successfully.
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, producing high‑quality marketing assets such as sales collateral, campaign creatives, and event materials.
- Analyse campaign performance (email engagement, campaign impact, conversions) and use data to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and send marketing emails and create HubSpot workflows to support lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing.
- Manage audience segmentation, marketing lists, and CRM campaigns to ensure communications are timely and relevant.
- Support the planning and execution of in‑person marketing events, including exhibitions, property launches, and partner activations.
- Marketing campaigns launch smoothly and consistently across channels.
- Marketing performance is tracked and continuously improved through data.
- Emails and lifecycle communications drive meaningful engagement.
- Marketing materials look polished, professional, and on‑brand.
Success is measured through the quality, impact, and consistency of marketing execution, not output volume.
What We’re Looking For- Experience working in Marketing or Growth roles.
- Experience creating marketing assets such as emails, one‑pagers, social creatives.
- Hands‑on experience using HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data‑driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craft.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Confident collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva.
- Experience with Figma, video editing, or motion graphics.
- Experience in property, fintech, or technology.
