We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join us on a 3-month contract to support hiring of the worlds best engineering talent. This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll partner closely with hiring partners to build strong pipelines of high-quality engineering talent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively source Software Engineers across a range of disciplines and levels
- Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels
- Craft compelling outreach messages that convert passive candidates
- Screen candidates for technical alignment and role fit
- Partner with hiring partners to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Track activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience sourcing Software Engineers in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and candidate profiles
- Advanced sourcing skills
- Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract role
Nice to have:
- Experience working in fast-paced or scaling teams
- Previous contract or project-based sourcing experience

- Day rate: Competitive / dependent on experience
