We are a VC backed, disruptive technology business with a purpose to make the world fairer and more productive. We are doing this by making assets more transparent, trustworthy and accessible - starting with real estate. Incomes have stagnated and we believe by creating greater access to high value assets like real estate we can be part of solving some of the wealth inequality. Our investment platform is focused on one of the largest asset classes in the world - property. We are gaining significant momentum with our portfolio of products focused on the UK property investment market.

The Operations team at GetGround is at the heart of delivering a positive customer experience for all our customers. As an Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Operations on a range of different, cross-functional projects that will contribute to the team’s overall success. In this role, you will get the chance to develop a range of different skills and take on projects ranging from optimising our processes to providing hands-on support to our team and so much more. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to understand how a technology start-up operates and help us to improve our operations strategy. You’ll have the chance to broaden your skill set, work directly with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping how we scale our operations.

What you will do:

  • Become an expert in our internal tooling and processes. You will take on projects to enhance and build on our internal tools and processes, as well as support various teams within operations to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Hands-On Support. You’ll respond to various needs across the business, and step in to help various teams with ad hoc projects or requests.
  • Work collaboratively with teams. You’ll work cross-functionally to help prepare for and host our monthly customer council, coordinate between different teams on a new feature launch, or help create new processes that require input from teams across the business.
  • Ad hoc data analysis. You will pick up data analysis projects within the operations team, building reports which allow us to gain insights to make better decisions in conjunction with team leads.

You should apply if you have:

  • An “ownership mindset” and are excited to work within a scaling company.
  • A deep interest in learning about various digital tools and are willing to take a proactive approach in figuring out how systems work.
  • Data literate and can effectively draw out insights from large sets of data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • A deep interest in learning about using different tools (and preferably have had some experience using different CRMs!)

Benefits:

  • Stock options in our scaling company
  • Private health & dental insurance
  • 12 Mental health days off annually (1 per month) PLUS holidays + public holidays
  • Monthly wellness budget
  • 1 paid Community day off (paid day off to volunteer for a charitable cause)
  • Hybrid working
  • Free breakfast daily
  • Team and company-wide events
  • 360° performance reviews to promote a culture of growth and development
  • Support for conferences and professional learning & development
