- Defining analytics practices for an AI-first development culture, with room to shape how data evolves at GetGround as we scale.

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a hybrid role with production-grade experience.
- Fluency in SQL and dbt; comfortable with git and cloud warehouses (we use BigQuery).
- Experience as a solo or near-solo data person (comfortable prioritising independently and owning outcomes without a team behind you).

- You prefer being handed requirements rather than defining the analytics agenda yourself.
- You need a large data team around you to do your best work.
