Fleet simplifies the provisioning, management, security, and renewal of IT and office equipment for businesses through an all-inclusive subscription. Founded in 2019, Fleet has over 1,500 customers and an international presence (France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States) with a turnover of €25 million. Our ambition is to become the European leader in IT equipment. Today, we are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer to support the development of our dev team’s skills. The role will involve leading development projects on Fleet’s current platform.
Responsibilities
- Turn business needs into clear technical specs and implementation plans
- Make pragmatic technical choices (tools, providers, build vs. buy)
- Deliver high-quality work by managing deadlines and ensuring QA
- Collaborate closely with the Product team with a customer-first mindset
- Lead development projects on Fleet's current platform
Current initiatives
- Development of our IT security offering (MDM, antivirus, VPN, Password Manager)
- Improve our app to adapt it to larger hardware fleets (500-1000+)
- Development of our internal tools: supply, ops, KYB, contract management, billing, etc.
- Improving our sales and marketing tools (tracking, retargeting, mailings, automation, reporting, etc.)
- Opening up our API to external partners
- Participating in the scaling of our solution for the international market
- Improving internal tech processes: implementing unit testing, continuous integration, error management (Sentry), monitoring

Qualifications
- You are a graduate of a reputable engineering or computer science school
- You have initial successful experience in a start-up or scale-up
- You are able to work independently on complex projects

- You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving problems
