GetFix Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team working across London & Kent.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified engineer who is confident with commercial heating systems, fault-finding, compliance works and reactive maintenance, and who wants to be part of a growing business delivering services across social housing and local authority contracts.

What you'll be doing

  • Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults, including basic electrical issues
  • Completing gas safety documentation and compliance‑related paperwork
  • Power flushing and carrying out repairs or replacements to pumps, valves, radiators and related components
  • Communicating with residents, clients and contract teams professionally
  • Supporting call‑out cover on an out‑of‑hours rota

What we're looking for

  • Domestic and commercial ACS qualifications
  • Experience in commercial gas and heating maintenance
  • Strong understanding of compliance and safety requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to pass a DBS check

Desirable experience includes social housing, local authority contracts, BigChange / JobWatch, HIUs, renewables, Unvented Hot Water, Water Regulations and Asbestos Awareness.

This is a mobile role and requires daily travel across the region. You will be required to work call out shifts as per our call out rota.

You’ll be joining a hands‑on, growing business with established contracts, a strong operational focus, and a commitment to high standards, compliance and customer service.
