We’re looking for a hands-on Technical SEO & Web Specialist to own technical SEO, web management, and organic search performance at Beyonk. This is an in-house B2B specialist role for someone who is equally comfortable improving rankings and pipeline, making changes directly in WordPress, and owning day-to-day website performance.
You’ll work closely with the GTM Lead, with real autonomy to implement improvements yourself. This role is best suited to someone strong in technical SEO fundamentals first, but also aware of how search is evolving through AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and broader AIEO / GEO trends. We also want someone who actively uses automation tools to move faster, improve output, and make repeatable processes more efficient.
You’ll own the technical SEO and website side of our growth engine, with responsibility for:
- Improving organic pipeline/revenue, rankings/traffic, and lead quality
- Owning and executing technical SEO and WordPress web management
- Improving site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance
- Designing and maintaining site architecture, internal linking, and page structures that maximise crawl equity and support programmatic SEO performance
- Managing schema markup, initially focused on review stars / SERP rich results
- Managing hreflang implementation across UK/US sites
- Owning SEO QA for website changes and releases
- Creating SEO briefs across landing pages, solution pages, industry pages, comparison pages, case studies, and blog content
- Leading journey tracking into HubSpot and reporting on attribution, ROI, and search performance
- Running Google Ads as a secondary part of the role
- Staying on top of changes in AIEO / GEO, while keeping strong SEO fundamentals at the core
