About the role: We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to join our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on digital execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to take ownership of key marketing channels—particularly web development, marketing automation, SEO and webinars. You will play a pivotal role in supporting demand generation, campaign performance, and data quality across our systems. You will report to the Web Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Management & Lead Generation: Take full ownership of webinar coordination and delivery, collaborating with internal subject-matter experts and external partners. Manage the end-to-end webinar execution process, including scheduling, promotion, attendee communications, live-session support, and post-event follow-up. Work closely with Marketing Operations to use webinars as a scalable and repeatable lead-generation channel. Track and analyse webinar performance, including attendance, engagement, and outcomes. Ensure webinar insights feed into campaign reporting, attribution models, and follow-up workflows.
- HubSpot Marketing & Data Operations: Act as the team’s HubSpot specialist, staying up to date with new features, functionality, and best practices. Support the team in maintaining high discipline around agreed HubSpot procedures, including list management, workflow compliance, and data hygiene. Assist in campaign tracking, lead-source attribution, segmentation, dashboarding, and marketing reporting. Collaborate with colleagues to improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve keyword rankings, traffic quality, and domain authority. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation. Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO platforms. Provide optimisation recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and product content.
- SharePoint & Content Coordination: Support the organisation and maintenance of SharePoint marketing assets. Improve content structure, tagging, and accessibility within SharePoint.
- General Digital Marketing Support: Assist in building and managing landing pages, email campaigns, and content uploads. Support campaign execution across paid, social, email, and website channels. Provide regular reporting and performance insights. Support with email signatures.
Skills & Experience – Essential
- Experience in digital marketing, ideally within an IT, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience delivering webinars or virtual events.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and tools.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable using SharePoint.
- Data-driven mindset with reporting experience.
Qualifications Knowledge & Skills required for the role:
- Marketing Knowledge: Experience or qualifications in marketing, with familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with lead generation workflows and attribution models.
- Industry Background: Experience in IT, cyber security, and/or telecoms, including working with third-party partners and suppliers.
- Communication Skills: Strong spelling, grammar, copywriting, and proofreading skills, with the creativity to craft standout messaging.
- Organised and Proactive: Process-driven with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach to initiating and delivering campaigns.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse and ambitious environment.
