Are you a strategic leader with a passion for digital transformation and programme delivery? Join our Digital Strategy & Delivery team at County Hall and help shape the future of digital services across Lancashire County Council.
As a Digital Programme Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of complex digital programmes including the Digital Front Door, Cloud migration, Application Rationalisation, and AI & Automation initiatives.
- Manage project managers responsible for large-scale system implementation and embedding digital solutions into services.
- Develop and implement programme governance frameworks and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Monitor budgets and ensure delivery of outcomes to quality, time, and cost standards.
- Engage stakeholders across departments and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Delivery Team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience of introducing technologies that make a difference at scale, delivering large and complex digital programmes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and overcome problems as a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Programme, project and business change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
