MarketDing.ai is an AI-powered marketing company focused on search growth for healthcare, SaaS, and ecommerce brands. We are building a serious agency with serious standards. We do not do cookie-cutter SEO, we do not chase vanity rankings, and we do not touch spam. We build clean, scalable search systems that drive real leads and revenue.
We are hiring a senior SEO Manager to take ownership of strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who has already proven they can win in competitive industries, and who wants to run SEO like a growth operator — not a task machine.
What the role entails
You will be responsible for making SEO work predictably and clearly for clients. That means building the plan, setting priorities, leading implementation, and tracking results.
- Running full SEO strategy for multiple accounts at once
- Auditing sites quickly and correctly (technical, on-page, content, local)
- Creating 90-day roadmaps and longer 6–12 month plans
- Directing writers and developers with clear, specific tasks
- Improving rankings and conversions (SEO that drives leads)
- Owning local SEO / Google Business Profile performance for healthcare clients
- Reporting progress in a way a founder can understand
Hard requirements (no exceptions)
We are only looking for people who already operate at a high level. You must have:
- 5+ years hands-on SEO experience with real wins you can explain
- Strong experience in healthcare, SaaS, or ecommerce (at least one)
- Ability to run end-to-end SEO without hand-holding
- Advanced technical SEO instincts (crawlability, indexation, CWV, schema, site structure)
- Proven content + keyword mapping skill (no cannibalization, no fluff plans)
- Comfort leading others (writers, junior SEOs, developers)
- Clear communication in plain English
Tools you should be confident in
We do not care if you use extra tools, but you should be very comfortable with:
- Ahrefs and/or Semrush
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Screaming Frog / Sitebulb (or equivalent crawling tools)
- PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals tools
- Notion / ClickUp or similar for SOPs and task management
If you are strong but your stack differs, that is fine — results matter more than brand names.
What success looks like here
We are not tracking busywork. We are tracking progress that shows up in rankings and leads. Success in this role means:
- Clients have clear roadmaps and can feel momentum month by month
- Competitive keywords move up steadily
- Local visibility improves in real markets (not just reports)
- Content and technical work ships on time and is high quality
- The team runs smoother because your direction is sharp
Please do not apply if...
This is just to save both of us time.
- You rely on PBNs, link farms, or shortcuts
- You cannot show real before/after results
- You talk in buzzwords instead of specifics
- You need someone to tell you what to do daily
- Your experience is mostly basic blog SEO
We respect the craft too much to hire average.
How to apply (important)
Upwork is full of spam applicants, so we filter hard. To apply:
- Start your application with DOMINATE (if you do not, we will not read it).
- Share 2–3 real SEO wins you personally led. Include: industry, starting point, what you did, timeline, result (traffic/leads/revenue preferred)
- Answer these quickly: Keep it simple and real. We do not need a long cover letter — we need proof you can drive outcomes.
If you are a senior SEO who wants to do high-impact work with a serious team, we would love to meet you.
