Due to continued growth, we are seeking an additional LEGO Trainer to join our enthusiastic team in Ipswich to support our Senior LEGO Trainer. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality LEGO based training and workshops across the UK.

You will be responsible for:

LEGO Session Delivery

  • Delivering on-site and online LEGO training and workshops to a variety of organisations, including schools, colleges, universities and industry, who have invested in our services.
  • Facilitating workshops ranging from online 60 minutes to onsite full-day sessions, covering a wide range of topics and age groups.
  • Engagingly presenting LEGO solutions for both educators and students, including demonstrations for EdTech events and student support activities.

Events

  • Being part of a team for planning, organising and attending EdTech events across the UK.
  • Collaborating with organisations throughout the UK to develop workshops using LEGO based resources.
  • Liaising directly with organisations to understand their specific goals and desired outcomes.

LEGO Kit

  • You will be provided with multiple sets of LEGO based products for training purposes. Adequate home storage is required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong passion for education and a deep understanding of future required skills.
  • Experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to a variety of audiences both online and in person.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A creative and innovative approach to using LEGO resources.
  • A flexible and adaptable work style, as the role involves travel across the UK and overnight stays.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in teaching a variety of ages is preferred.
  • A passion for LEGO is required!!!
