We’re looking for an interim finance assistant, with experience in credit control and accounts receivable transaction processing. This role will suit a team player who is happy to help with whatever the team needs to meet its goals and to keep everything running smoothly. This will include some regular and some ad hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Posting cash receipts from bank statement across all our UK, Aus, NZ & US bank accounts.
- Responding to customer queries and requests through Zendesk for both Workiro & SmartVault brands.
- Working closely with the Account Managers in UK & US to help resolve customer queries.
- Review company card expenses in Payhawk, making necessary adjustments and submitting to the NetSuite ERP system.
- Following up with employees to obtain outstanding Payhawk receipts.
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding debts.
- Working closely with our third‑party collection agency as needed.
- Working with our reseller partners to resolve queries and any discrepancies.
- Following up on direct debit set up requests and updating GoCardless.
- Reviewing direct debit and credit card amounts for Australian customers and communicating changes to Australian team.
- Regularly reviewing customer dunning report.
- Ensuring customer data is kept up to date and complete by reviewing for incomplete payment method information or bounced email addresses and updating as needed.
- Reviewing for unallocated receipts or credit balances on the AR ledger and ensuring these are cleared regularly.
