As we expand our portfolio, we\’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own complex zero-to-one and one-to-scale product initiatives end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments where speed, autonomy, and clear execution matter.
Overview
Your work will focus on two high-impact strategic themes designed to optimise our marketplace conversion.
- Personalising Discovery: Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to help homeowners find their perfect match. You will develop tailored experiences that cater to different decision-making styles; creating intuitive, fast-track paths for those ready to move quickly, and deep, data-rich comparison tools for those who need more detail to build trust.
- Optimising the Connection: Revolutionising how we bridge the gap between homeowner interest and agent action. You will lead the development of seamless integrations and engagement tools that ensure instant communication, while leveraging hyper-local insights to showcase the unique value and expertise of our partner agents.
What You\’ll Do:
Understand users deeply
- Run research, interviews, prototypes, and data analysis to help people make high-stakes decisions.
- Map full homeowner and agent journeys to identify exactly where friction causes us to lose momentum.
Lead product strategy & roadmaps
- Own the direction for Core Product Journeys, turning marketplace ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
- Align teams across the B2C (Discovery) and B2B (Partner) sides of the marketplace.
Drive product positioning
- Craft product copy that builds \”premium\” status for our agents.
- Use data to help users understand why a specific agent is the expert for their street.
Execute fast & deliver impact
- Ship features rapidly, breaking complex concepts (like CRM integrations) into tightly scoped, testable slices.
- Maintain high momentum: Own the cycle from discovery → scoping → delivery → iteration.
Use data & experimentation
- Run A/B tests, prototypes, and pilots frequently to validate that our \”Researcher Path\” or \”Instant Connection\” tools are actually moving the needle.
Lead cross-functionally
- Partner with engineering to solve technical workflow friction and influence B2B teams without authority.
Success Looks Like:
- Increased number of homeowners who list with partner agents (primary KPI)
- Clear articulation of user segments, behaviours, and value propositions
- 8–10 high-quality experiments delivered per quarter
- A strong feedback loop: data → insights → experiments → outcomes
- Products that clearly serve the homeowner\’s \’job to be done\’
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience building \”Compare\” or \”Help me choose\” tools
- Extensive product management experience shipping end-to-end products
- Start-up / scale-up experience where direction changes quickly
- Proven success in zero-to-one and one-to-scale product work
- Strong execution bias with high-quality delivery
- Excellent analytical ability, funnel/data literacy, and experimentation skills
- Confident in user research, prototyping, and rapid validation
- Comfortable partnering closely with engineering
- Skilled communicator with strong product positioning instincts
- Ownership mentality, proactive problem-solver, thrives with autonomy
