Our client is a global leader in DevSecOps, software supply chain security, and application security solutions, helping some of the world's largest enterprises deliver secure software at scale. As organizations continue to accelerate digital transformation and adopt cloud-native technologies, our client enables engineering and security teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining speed, innovation, and compliance. They are now seeking an experienced Security Solutions Architect to join their growing UK team.

The Opportunity

This is a highly strategic, customer-facing position focused on helping enterprise organizations modernize their application security and DevSecOps practices. As a trusted advisor, you will work with senior security leaders, CISOs, engineering executives, and technical teams to design and implement future-state security architectures that address today's rapidly evolving software security challenges. You will play a key role in helping customers strengthen application security, secure software supply chains, improve governance, and embed security across modern software delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and guide enterprise-scale Application Security and DevSecOps strategies for strategic customers.
  • Develop future-state architectures that integrate security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic security discussions.
  • Advise customers on Application Security, Software Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and AI-related security challenges.
  • Engage with CISOs, Security Directors, Engineering Leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes, risk reduction strategies, and measurable value.
  • Capture customer requirements and market trends to influence future product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities through technical leadership and solution positioning.
  • Mentor internal customer-facing teams on security best practices and emerging trends.
  • Create reusable frameworks, architectural guidance, technical content, and best-practice playbooks.
  • Drive long-term customer adoption, success, and business value realization.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years' experience within:
    • Application Security
    • DevSecOps
    • Software Supply Chain Security
    • Cloud Security
    • Security Architecture
    • Security Consulting
  • Strong experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex security environments.
  • Deep understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC/SDLC) practices.
  • Experience partnering with Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and Security teams.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Application Security (AppSec)
    • DevSecOps methodologies
    • Software Supply Chain Security
    • Cloud-native technologies
    • Kubernetes
    • CI/CD pipelines
