As they continue to scale, they are looking to appoint a talented Performance Engineer to help shape how operational performance is measured, analysed, and improved across a growing fleet of commercial vessels. The Opportunity
As a Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in owning and improving the full operational data and insight pipeline from onboard vessel systems through to engineering analysis and customer-facing reporting. You will work closely with engineering, software, and commercial teams to transform complex operational data into meaningful insights that drive:
- Product performance improvements
- Reliability and engineering decisions
- Verified fuel-saving and emissions reduction reporting
- Scalable fleet-wide analytics and reporting capability

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational data and insight pipeline
- Design and improve how onboard system data flows into internal engineering tools and customer-facing outputs
- Build and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and reporting processes
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyse complex operational datasets and deliver actionable insights
- Support performance validation, reliability analysis, and engineering improvements
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, software, and commercial teams
- Improve reporting scalability, usability, and automation as the fleet expands
- Help define how product performance is measured and communicated across the business
