A global technology company specializing in advanced fleet safety, mobility, and telematics solutions is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to support continued expansion across the EMEA region. The company delivers a SaaS-based platform combining real-time driver coaching, predictive analytics, AI-powered operational intelligence, and fleet performance technology to help organizations improve safety, efficiency, compliance, and sustainability across large-scale transportation operations.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and hands-on enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of building pipeline and closing new business within complex B2B technology environments. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on driving growth across the EMEA region, targeting enterprise organizations across transportation, mobility, logistics, commercial fleets, telematics, and related technology sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with global cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to drive market expansion and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development activities across the EMEA region
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market and growth strategies
- Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise SaaS opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts and opportunities
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and leadership teams on outbound and pipeline generation initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity across the region
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across EMEA
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, ideally within SaaS environments
- Proven track record of independently closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong hunting mentality with the ability to generate and convert pipeline
- Experience selling into transportation, mobility, IoT, telematics, fleet management, or operational technology environments would be highly advantageous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within international and multicultural organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building capability
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
