Get There is an ambitious IT organisation in Leek with 75 colleagues. Together, we focus on complex IT projects in Northern Netherlands. We are looking for an IT recruiter within our team! There is plenty of room to make the role your own.
As an IT recruiter, you are primarily responsible for matching (independent) IT professionals and partners to requests from our clients. Your tasks include finding, screening, and matching these professionals and suppliers through various networks and sourcing channels. You will conduct in-depth conversations with professionals, suppliers, and clients regarding content, motivation, and compliance. You match professionals based on content, context, culture, and team dynamics.
If you see or hear about an opportunity for a new assignment with one of the professionals, you translate this into an action for your colleague account manager, and together you will get to work. We are growing rapidly and taking on more complex IT assignments. By entering into new collaborations in the private sector and winning framework agreements, our office is bustling with activity. We also enjoy a challenge and want to grow further to take on even more interesting projects. Therefore, we are looking for an additional colleague for our Detachering & Associates team.
As an IT recruiter, you have a lot of freedom to shape the role. Your primary focus is on recruiting new IT professionals (self-employed) and strengthening our relationships with partners. If you are interested in expanding your responsibilities towards account management or field management, that is also possible! We are curious about what energises you and what makes you happy.
At Get There, we find it extremely important that you grow as a person, even as an IT recruiter. This can be achieved by following relevant courses and training in various areas. If you prefer to strengthen yourself in certain skills, you can discuss training or workshops with corporate recruiter Anja. For example, consider 'How do I set the right priorities in my field'. Through a personal development plan, we establish goals together. Every year, we evaluate these goals and create a renewed plan.
What do we ask from you?
- You have completed a degree at a minimum of HBO level;
- You can set the right priorities, are entrepreneurial, and results-oriented;
- You are very communicative and have experience communicating with different target groups;
- You are commercially minded and do not shy away from negotiations;
- It is a significant advantage if you have experience in the IT sector and can distinguish between IT functions;
- It is also a significant advantage if you have experience in recruitment.
What do you really bring?
- A healthy dose of humour, enthusiasm for the recruitment field, and it is nice if you have an affinity with the world of IT.
What can you expect from us based on full-time employment?
- A challenging position of 32 or 40 hours per week;
- Plenty of room to further colour and shape this role within Get There;
- You will receive an unlimited study budget with sufficient study hours to make your personal career plan a success;
- Willing and experienced colleagues who enjoy their work and are eager to help you;
- Ample growth opportunities to bring out the best in yourself;
- Fun social events throughout the year!
- A salary, depending on experience, between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month;
- Your travel to the office will be reimbursed through a travel allowance;
- Contribution to healthcare costs (€130 per month);
- Reimbursement for digital equipment (€1,200 excluding VAT);
- A profit-sharing scheme (averaging a full gross monthly salary over the past years);
- SIM card subscription for both business and private use;
- 5 study days per year without budget restrictions to increase your knowledge;
- 25 vacation days for a good work-life balance, plus the option to buy 5 additional days;
- A good pension scheme for your future and good supplementary survivor's insurance;
- Freedom to reasonably organise your work and the possibility to work from home;
- A well-stocked fridge with unlimited snacks;
- A well-catered lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays (including a snack);
- Twice a year, outings with the whole family and Get There colleagues (summer and winter event);
- Regular outings with your team: doing what you enjoy;
- We start your new job at Get There with a one-year contract. Once we are accustomed to each other, you can expect a permanent agreement.
Who are we?
What do we do at Get There? Good question! Get There is a flat organisation with short lines of communication. Other companies say that; for us, it is genuinely the case. We know each other, learn from each other, and do fun things together. Initiative is appreciated and rewarded. Our supply cupboard is filled with an endless supply of Bastogne cookies and M&Ms, and on Tuesdays and Fridays, we have lunch together with sandwiches and snacks. To also work on fitter employees, we have a weekly sports moment that we fill in together as we wish. Currently, padel is popular among our colleagues on Wednesday afternoons. Will you join us next time?
If you want to apply or have any questions first, your start date can be as soon as possible. If you are interested and curious about our team, feel free to contact us for a coffee with a Bastogne cookie to get to know the team and Get There better! Come by and meet us at the Friday afternoon drinks, the joint lunch, or send a WhatsApp to Anja: 06 51 75 92 68. If you have any questions about this vacancy or are curious about what a day looks like with us, please feel free to ask us via: recruitment@getthere.nl.
